This Privacy Notice ("Notice") for CircleDot LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") describes how we handle information in connection with Precog Core at core.precog.markets, including related subdomains, hosted APIs, and client software (the "Interface"). For purposes of applicable data protection laws, the Company is the controller. "You" and "your" means you as a user of the Interface.
We design the Interface to collect as little as possible. We do not build user profiles for marketing, and we do not store personal data beyond what is described below.
Read this Notice with our Terms of Use at core.precog.markets/terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface or provide information to us.

We do not require email or X to use the Interface. If you never connect them, we do not store them.
Public blockchain data is public by design. The Company does not control and generally cannot delete information already recorded onchain.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the Interface for advertising profiles. We do not knowingly collect government ID, payment card numbers, or similar identity documents through the Interface unless a separate product flow expressly requires it and discloses it at the time.
Technical logs (such as IP-derived location signals used for access restriction, request timing, or security) may be processed transiently to operate and secure the Interface and to enforce our Terms of Use, including Restricted Person checks. We do not treat those logs as a standing personal dossier, and we retain them only as needed for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Where required, the legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Interface, legal obligation, and consent where you choose to connect email or X.
Wallet providers and X are third parties. Their terms and privacy policies govern your accounts with them. We do not control those services. Connecting a Wallet or X is optional except where a feature requires a Wallet connection to function.
We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies so the Interface works and so we can apply access and security controls. We do not use marketing cookies. Where law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, to portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Email admin@precog.markets to make a request. We may need to verify your identity (for example by confirming control of a Wallet or the email/X account you connected). We may refuse a request where law allows.
Note: Wallet addresses and other data on a public blockchain generally cannot be erased by us.
We may share information with service providers who help us host, secure, or operate the Interface (for example infrastructure, screening, or analytics limited to operating the product), with professional advisors, or when required by law or to protect the Interface and our users. We do not share email or X connection data for sale or unrelated marketing.
Information may be processed outside the country where you live, including outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
Wallet-related Interface records are kept while needed to operate the product and meet legal duties. Email and X connection data are kept only while the connection remains active (or as needed to complete a request you made) and for a limited period afterward for security and legal compliance, then deleted or de-identified where feasible.
The Interface is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn we stored email or X data for a child under 18, we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect stored Wallet, email, and X connection data, but no system is perfectly secure. Transmission over the internet is at your own risk.

We may update this Notice by changing the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will apply going forward unless law requires otherwise.
